Mónica López López, Hans Grietens & Fred Wulczyn have organized a roundtable at the 21^st Annual Conference of the Society for Social Work Research in New Orleans, USA, January 11-15, 2017. Title of the round table was ‘Child protection across borders: Comparing policy and systems’.’ Professor Fred Wulczyn (Chapin Hall, Chicago) was participating as HESTIA stakeholder at the round table and presenting the American child protection system. Together with the delegates, we discussed differences and similarities between European and American systems.
